The Gymnasium in the Officers Club & Hotel is
spacious, covering an area of 5,000 sq.ft. And complete with all the advanced
equipment. There are also separate, specially equipped sections for
Cardiovascular Fitness and Aerobics. In addition to the Gym, the Club &
Hotel incorporates an Olympic Indoor Swimming Pool with an adjacent modern
jacuzzi. The spacious Steam Bath in the Club is complete with Spa, Sauna,
cold-water pool and temperature-controlled shower.

The Armed Forces
Officers Club Abu Dhabi was envisaged and materialized by His Late Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin
Sultan Al Nahyan. It was the result of his ardent
desire to provide a modern and fully equipped complex dedicated to the Officers
of the UAE Armed Forces.
The AFOC building is estimated as one
of the largest buildings of its kind in the world with around thirty meeting
halls of different sizes and capacities, a theatre and cinema hall. It has a
marvelous Club Garden that can accommodate 10,000 guests at a time.
There are over fifteen recreational activities which
people can indulge at AFOC; they include an Olympic sized swimming pool and two
shooting ranges, perfect for team building. And to dine sumptuously, here they
have over 8 restaurants and lounges.
Dining:
AFOC has a big
dining area, it has a variety of food, they include Asian, Arabic and
international foods. It is very high quality and presented professionally, It
is in a buffet style.
They also have a
service for weddings, parties and meetings.
